Why Reiki is not known by people if it is so effective?

Between in 1920 and 40 some 10.000 people used Reiki in Japan. After the II. World War and the American occupation the traditional values and techniques unfortunately had been forgotten and lot of people stopped using them. Reiki is becoming popular in the USA,  but its reputation only starts to spread dynamically in the world in the 1980-90s. Today, Reiki is the one of the most popular energy healing  method which have been used and known by many therapists and healer. Today about 5 million people are practicing Reiki.

What does it mean "Reiki"?

The Japanese word, REI means something precious, mysterious power-filled, holy, spiritual. There are some similar world in the Japanese language like Rei-u (holy rain), Rei-sui (precious water), Rei-zan (sacred mountain) and Rei-sen (blessed spring). The Japanese word, KI means energy which is invisible, which exists physically or psychologically. Therefore, the meaning of the word Reiki is an invisible, mysterious and sacred power filled energy. Reiki is not related to religions nor to occultism. It does not exist any main organisation which should control the Reiki, because everyone has the ability to use Reiki.

It is hard to imagine what the Reiki is by just reading about it.

Everybody can use Reiki simply by placing the hands on a body part. This is so simple that it can be difficult to understand it, if you do not have experience. Really anyone can begin to use Reiki?

Reiki is one of the physiological abilities, that everybody got at the birth. If you are healthy both physically and mentally, you may able to use Reiki right. If in this case you are can not use Reiki, after you are completing the seminar it is no doubt that there is a man who could not use Reiki. You will get attunement in the Reiki course, which will help to clear your body's energy flow and you will be able to use Reiki right instantly.

Is Reiki also effective in cancer?

Because Reiki boosts and enhances our body's own healing ability, that's why Reiki can be used in any case, without side effects. However it is very difficult to predict about the result, if the patient's condition is very bad. It sufficiently depends on how much life-energy left for the person. There are several positive examples when cancer is healed, but unfortunately there are some cases where this has not been happened. In face of limitations, Reiki is very effective in the stage of dying. Even when doctors gave up too, you can use Reiki to help the person's physical and mental condition. This will be benefit for both the family both for the patient.
